friendly staff but room needs updating

The staff were friendly, always ready to help out with a smile. I appreciated that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The windows that open allowed for fresh air.

The hotel could use some updating.

I was so excited for my stay, but was greeted with dirty sheets and a chair with an iron burn mark. Amazing! Oh, and the breakfast lacked creamer and delicious juices, just fantastic totally looking forward to having that again. Virtually no amenities. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I really enjoyed nice and marvellous location of this hotel.

The place was fairly clean and staff was exceptionally nice and excellent. Location: the hotel was so close to eating spots and activities and other restaurants and restaurants. It also was in a commercial park. Everything was simply nice:)))

The staff was super helpful and made sure we felt at home. Our room was clean and comfy, perfect after our adventures at the St Louis Zoo. Definitely recommend checking out the restaurant next door!

helpful staff

It was just a top selection for a weekend vacation in Waterloo with definitely value for money. The staff were very accommodating, letting us stay longer due to weather, which really helped us feel safe. Look for a room away from the entrance to avoid noise.
